Good Purchase
So far so good. Only complaint is the lock design on the wheels is easily bumped accidentally, locking the chair.

Much better than sitting on a large yoga ball
Over the years I've tried a couple times to use a large yoga ball to sit on at my desk. I've researched about the benefits to posture and core strength and since I have to sit a lot for my work I thought it would be a good way to stay in better health despite having to sit so much. The problem I always ran into with the full sized yoga balls is that they would roll out of position as soon as I got up and they also took up a large floor area. This yoga ball chair solves all those issues and retains all the benefits. The ball that sits on the chair is much smaller than the full size one I needed to use without a chair. It stays in place when I get up and yet it offers the same posture and core strength benefits. I do like that it has back support too for the times I need a little extra support. It really couldn't be easier to use. Just adjust it to the right height and sit on it.Two of the wheels lock which helps keep it in position, though I'd prefer if you could lock all 5 wheels when you really need extra stability such as when using it to lift weights. It probably wouldn't be too hard to replace the non-locking wheels with locking ones which I may do at some point.Overall it's a great solution for maintaining better posture and it's more fun than a traditional chair too.

Great way to combat a job where you sit a lot
I recently started using the Aeromat Green Yoga Ball Chair with Back Support while teaching from home, and it has made a noticeable difference in my comfort and posture! This exercise ball chair is height adjustable, allowing me to find the perfect position for my workspace. The added back support is a fantastic feature that helps keep my spine aligned during long teaching sessions.I love that it encourages balance and engages my core, making it a great way to combat sitting too much at work. The vibrant green color adds a fun pop to my home office, too! The chair is sturdy and well-made, providing a stable seat for all my daily tasks.Overall, I highly recommend the Aeromat Yoga Ball Chair for anyone looking to enhance their workspace ergonomics while adding a bit of movement to their day. It’s a great investment for both comfort and health!

Maybe better for younger bodies? (but please read on)
I am currently using this in my studio, where I have both a computer table (with external large screen monitor hooked to my smaller laptop) and a design/work table. I go back and forth to these two tables often, and moving the same chair back and forth is tiresome and sometimes annoying (plus it is always good to get up and stretch). So I am trying this yoga ball chair (for a couple of weeks now) in both spaces. I thought I'd like it best at the work table, but am finding it better suited to help me maintain posture and ergonomic position as my computer use chair.I like the detailed instructions provided with this chair (you'll want to make the time to read and review them for best satisfaction). When I do find myself at the computer for longer times, I am not as comfortable. This may be because I'm nearly 70 years old and 160 pounds? I find that I wish the depth of the seat (size of the 'seat' portion of the ball) were a few inches larger.I do notice that I am more conscious of my 'core' and of spine alignment, always a plus. I find that being on this chair does make me 'want' to do a few stretches, exercises, more than I would be likely to do from a 'regular' desk chair. [I've even moved my little barbell weights to a space where I can reach them while sitting at my computer -- sitting here makes me remember that I should use them more.]I will give this another month or two of use to see if I continue this setup. It certainly looks 'fun' and 'young' (also never a bad thing!)[I have the green one]

The back pad is too far forward
Once you put the back on, it may be impossible to get off. I think I would like this better without the back rest. Debating on sending it back.
