I received this item on 20 January. It worked fine on the first day of use. However, after fully charging it and using it again, it started to malfunction. The spray turns on by itself even when I’m not pressing the button. I only used this item for about 1.5 days in total, and the issue started immediately after the first full charge. Because of this, I don’t think this item is worth buying.

It works well, takes quite some time before you need to recharge the nozzle. You cannot put a lot of water into the plastic box, But it works quite sufficient , economical with water.

I was excited to try this portable, rechargeable bidet sprayer, hoping it would be a convenient and hygienic solution for travel. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Within an hour of unboxing and using the product, it completely malfunctioned. The sprayer stopped working altogether-no water pressure, no response, nothing. I followed all the instructions, charged it fully, and used it as directed, but it failed almost immediately. Not at all durbile. Wish it wasn't the case because I would have baeen such an easy to use solution. To make matters worse, returns are not allowed for this item. So, if you run into any issues (which seems likely given my experience), you’re out of luck and stuck with a useless device. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a portable bidet. There are plenty of other options on the market that actually work and offer better customer support. Save your money and avoid the headache-this product is unreliable and the lack of a return policy makes it an even riskier purchase.

This is a great product for caregivers with individuals confined to a bed that use diapers. I would give it five stars, but my only complaint is that to turn it off you have to switch from low to high then off. You have to be quick with the button or you will get more water than you expect. It is pretty powerful, and for my use, a few quick sprays gets someone clean. It's helpful keeping paralyzed, elderly women from getting rashes and UTIs due to diaper use. This product is being used daily and going strong so far. It has plenty of other uses as well. I would highly recommend.
