Polaris 3 D20 Swimming Pool Cleaner 180 280 380 Hose Ball Bearing Swivels D-20

If you are in the market for new swivel because hose is getting tangled only purchase Genuine Polaris. I don't say that about any other Polaris part, but the knock offs for much cheaper will only work a few weeks before hose is tangled again. Though these are much more $ they will save you in the long run as you could easily go thru 20-30 of the cheap swivels in a year and still end up with tangled hose. Im so tight I squeak when I walk but will gladly pay up for this product.

Despite being described as genuine Polaris parts the item received was actually made by Rightfit as determined by the name on the package Additionally, the items themselves did not have the Polaris insignia on them. I installed one of the hose swivels and after a few days the hose was twisting up (exactly what the swivel was supposed to prevent). Polaris hose swivels are the only one that work properly in my experience. Also, the price I paid was twice what the Rightfit parts are available elsewhere. To summarize, inferior parts were substituted that did not work and I was still charged as if they were Polaris parts which are always more expensive because they work.

Genuine Polaris parts at a competitive price. Excellent and timely communication with seller. Well packaged and shipped quickly, with tracking information. Would definitely order again from this vendor. Well done!

These are OEM and function better and last longer than cheaper knockoffs. My Polaris lead hose was tangling and this fixed the problem.

Great price! I purchased 3 for the same price as the local store wanted for 1. They were in a Polaris part bags and arrived timely. The product does have the water flow arrows and fit the polaris tubing very nicely.I took care to install the product to not place too much side to side pressure on the swivel connection. Since the tube was existing, the connector popped right into place. It ended up that removing the older connectors took more finessing. I imagine it would of been harder to install brand new tube and I don't have as much hand strength as my husband. Our 380 polaris is not back up and running with the right amount of water pressure.Very happy with quality and timely shipping when using standard shipping.

I thought I would receive genuine Polaris parts based on the description, but these came in a generic bag and don't have any Polaris markings on them. If I had wanted imitations, then I would have ordered some other brand at one third the price.

Received some absolutely junk knock off swivels. Immediately returning, the plastic feels so cheap and thin I'm surprised they didn't shatter in the package.
