Big Book of Silhouettes (Dover Pictorial Archive)

What a gift to anyone who wants to add a little something to reports, emails and anything else one can think of. This generous author has given her drawings - copy write FREE.

Such a vast library and wonderful inspiration.

This book has great silhouettes, lots of victorian images but also great variety of other stuff too. There was another book on Amazon that had a figure on the front of it dancing with a playful shadow mimicking along, however that book wasn't prime so I went with this one.mto my surprise that image was in the back of this book!!! The only thing that would have made me give this 5 stars was if Dover included a disk with this as they do with most of their books. I use these for paper cutting so that would have been helpful.

The book is great as it offers alot of figures but its printed on both sides so i cut up many! I dont want to make copies of the pages. I like to go through the book and cut as i want.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I liked the vintage look. Items were very small and printed back to back so if you cut some out you would lose the backside images. Expensive for what you get.

Perfect for my genealogy!!!!

Excellent book bought as a present for my artist sister, shown to an elderly lady in a nursing home who loved it so much I will have to buy another! A really good selection of silhouettes which can form the basis for new projects.

I was expecting a larger range of silhouettes .the majority of images were very historical and not really relevant to modern Times. If I had viewed more closely before ordering I would not have bought it x
