The photo clearly states blade length 8.5" I bought it off that. However I missed overall length is the same? So I was expecting a 8.5" blade I'm still going to keep it cause it's neat and maybe put it in my truck for emergencies. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews they just said small I didn't realize it was a miniature version of a survival knife lol
