Only first saw about these ionizing brushes on an instragram ad, for another brand that was a bit more expensive. My hair is very frizz prone, especially just after a wash, and even more so during the cold months when it has been exposed to extremes of freezing outside to roasting in heated places. I was skeptical this would really help at all but I was amazed. At first, you can hear the crackle as you brush, as the brush releases the static from your hair. A few strokes won't do it perfectly, you have to give it a good 5 mins of brushing on medium to thick hair. I have even found that even a day after using the brush, my hair is still sleeker and easier to manage without getting out the straighteners. I imagine it may not work as well on every hair type but its certainly impressed me!

This brush did not work at all for me, it might as well have been a normal hair brush. Its a nice brush but you could get a similar one without the ‘ionic’ feature for much cheaper. I don’t usually thoroughly brush my wavy hair when completely dry because it goes frizzy, using this brush made no difference at all, results were either just as bad or even worse than usual. It makes an annoying noise too.

So I used a friend's ionic hair brush.. It was amazing.. But couldn't find the same one, so ordered this. I've been using for a week or so.. And yes it changes my hair a little.. But nothing like the one my friend owned... Think this may just be a cheap version... Shame.. I had high expectations...it does flatten my hair a little so it is an ionic brush... Maybe it depends on your hair type too.. My hair is very fine.

Works for me but I bought it for my girlfriend who has natural faint curls in her hair and it tends to frizz out alot and shes tries it a few times today and so far no much of a difference

The media could not be loaded. I’m impressed with this hair brush. Actually never tried hair brush which blows ionic air threw the tiny hole. But this brush does really work, because on winter my hair becomes very drizzy and static from dry air which causes many problems. So I bought this and now I don’t need to use many products to make my hair smooth and silky. I just need to use a single anti static brush and all hair problems are gone!Just perfect choice for winter!

A bit disappointing as I suffer from a lot of static in my hair and hoped I had found a solution. It doesn’t work totally, just a bit. I still have static in my hair but it’s a bit better with the brush. I wonder whether it is just a normal brush with a blue light on it!! Not sure it’s worth the money.

I have very fine, curly hair that I need to straighten to look even vaguely smart-ish! I read the reviews and was wary about purchasing, but I thought I'd give it a go.On hair that had been blow dried sort-of-straight, it did help flatten some of the remaining flyaway-ness. But this morning I attempted to use it on naturally dried hair - which means I look like I've been electrocuted, with hair sticking up in all directions - and it did absolutely no good at all. Sadly, a hairbrush with a blue light, was all it was. I am returning it.
