Q: Are these refrigerated?

This product now comes in both a Refrigerated and a Shelf Stable version. There is no difference in the formula or the health benefits between our Shelf Stable and our Refrigerated Raw Probiotics Vaginal Care. The only difference between the two is the bottle itself: the Refrigerated product comes in an amber glass bottle, and the Shelf Stable product comes in a desiccant-lined, BPA Free plastic bottle which does not require refrigeration. Q: does this arrive alive on ice packs?

The refrigerated version DOES need refrigerated and kept above 71 degrees as stated on the package to guarantee it’s quality. That said the seller doesn’t care and will ship it slow so it sits in mail trucks for a full 3 days without a cold pack in 90 degree weather.

Q: Does this product ship with a cool pack?

We store all of our Probiotics in refrigeration and ship it out on ice packs only if it is requested by our customers. I checked on the box and it says, "At expiration date under recommended storage conditions: Best Refrigerated. Store in a dry place at 71 degrees or below". We recommend if the weather is hot in your area for future to request FedEx 2nd day with ice packs to keep it cool during transit time in hot temperatures above 71 degrees.

Q: Is it normal that they smell horrible like chemicals when you open them?? Not sure if i should take them

The smell you are referring to may be coming from the bottle itself. The unique, desiccant-lined bottle maintains the potency and efficacy of the probiotics, so you can store the product in your cupboard or pantry – without refrigeration.
