Unlike the other reviewer, I did get the chain with my planter. Unfortunately, it broke after hanging and resulted in a mess. The plastic planter pot is as expected and suitable for task. The chain is easy to attach to planter but is poorly designed. The links are cut at end points instead of side. The weight causes link to separate at that point and can slip out. If cut on sides, the links would have to pull much farther apart before failure. The chain material is sufficient if the cuts were not at the high stress points.

Cheap flimsy plastic & NO HANGING CHAIN. What's the point in purchasing a hanging planter without a chain?

Honestly was not impressed upon arrival. It feels/ looks cheap. A notch up from dollar store quality but one below Walmart quality

I did not receive a chain with this product. Thats the whole reason i bought the hanging basket.
