Somewhat pleased with this item in the beginning. The massager was okay and had a nice cover over the robot massager parts. I was happy about that because I had problems with other similar products that would get trashed because the cheap material would get worn and then get tangled in the machine. So, the massage action on this thing was pretty good. It was easily stopped, though if you put any pressure against it. It would stop, then start again if you let up the pressure. Then, after about 3 months, it wouldn't charge correctly anymore. It would last a few minutes and then just stop after a full charge. That charge was only for 15 minutes tops, when It came out of the box. Ive had a lifetime of chronic back pain. This was another disappointing waste of money.

This was perfect for my trip. The heat sometimes was strong and other themes it was lighter even when put on strongest setting. The massages was just what I needed for the limited resources I had. I loved that it worked without having to be plugged in and used a USB C. Huge downside was it doesn’t work while charging. It is not as small as I would have wanted to travel with, but worked. Stars I would say 3.5 only because of the heat not always working and not being able to use the massager while being plugged in. Overall wouldn’t have survived without it so 4 stars. If you don’t like harder massages this may not be for you as the massage balls do protrude out really digging into your body.

I bought this 2 months ago and maybe use it 5-6 times. It worked well but will no longer charge or turn on. Disappointing

This thing is pretty trash. Ok. Let's start with the positive: The massage works and it feels nice. Now the negative: You cannot use it while it's charging, it takes 3-4 hours to charge, and you can only use it for 15 minutes at a time, and then it only lasts 3 massages. This was an extremely frustrating and miserable experience. Go buy something else.

This is a great little portable back massager. This would be good for taking on trips when traveling because it's a compact size. We got it to use at home and it works well just sitting on the couch. Operating it is self-explanatory, the controller is clearly labeled and easy to use. The different modes are nice, I like some better than others. I don't use the vibration or heat though. The timer resets every time you switch to a new mode, and if you change the direction it sets it to just one continuous spinning motion. One of the massage nodes is higher than the others so it is good at giving a deep massage. I LOVE that it's battery-powered also.
