Q: I'm looking to stop using the vent in our dr. brown bottle, not transition to sippy cup as of . is this a good if i use original dr. brown's nipples?

Any of the Dr. Brown nipples work on this bottle. We used it with regular ones before our baby was ready for the sippy cup like nipples.

I started this as a sippy cup with water furing meals when starting solid foods at 6 months. Then we moved on to straw cups and then hard spout sippy cups. I don’t think you will need another nipple. This is a very soft sippy spout.
