Item broken
I ordered this mop for someone in my family and i did not open it at first place i just send directly to them and when they opened it, the mop was broken and it doesn’t work anyways.Totally not worth

Product is nothing like the photos
Received a product that is different in design and quality compared to the photos shown here. Doesn't even have the plastic scraper thing for cleaning the pad. Exchanged it and got the same again. Photos are false advertisement.
