Great product, even supports a 15lb cat we call kitty!I used these in a homemade cat tower, they are secured to eye hooks that are screwed into 2x4s, so they can be removed and washed as needed.They also work well in a kennel, so your cat can get off the floor and sleep.

I purchased this item to replace a worn and dirty similar one that was well over a year old. This one did not last an hour! My cat is not large, but when she tried to use the product the strap broke free from the main base. The snaps are very weak. I was afraid they would break, but the attachment between the straps and the bed were so weak it didn't matter. Do not buy this for a cat.

This lasted less than three months. The metal on one of the clasps (not one of the joints on the clasp itself) snapped while he was laying inside. The metal broke, I'm assuming, because the metal is thin. My cat is of average weight and size.

The hammock itself seemed great. Good quality, sturdy. My cats would have loved it, but I couldn't figure out how to attach it to a chair. The hooks it comes with can easily be installed into a crate, but I was hoping to have a little hidden sleep spot underneath one of my dining room chairs and there was no way to attach it.

I hung up this hammock for my maine coon kitten.she weighed in at 3.5 lbs last week. Two days later, the hammock tore from her weight. This thing is not durable.

I’m going to give this away since I didn’t return it in time. It says you can hang under your chair but there’s only hooks so there’s no where to hook it on to. Other than that it would’ve been fine

Used as a hammock in the cage (where they go at night) for our two cats, but had to get the needle and thread out after only a couple of nights as one of the "straps" came loose at the sheet end..Once stitched back together, have had no issues with it and it goes in the washing machine with the rest of the bedding and the dog's blankets, and the cats seem to really like it..

Often things don’t live up to the size shown in pictures but this might be an exception.It would definitely fit a kitten or small cat.I bought this for my ferrets as a lot of the ones marketed for ferrets and rats tend to be very small. This is so large it’s added a whole new level to the cage. Very good for the money.

As you can tell from the photos our foster babies absolutely love this little hammock. It's definitely is needed with how crazy the 6 babies we have are since they can climb their bed they love climbing up into their hammock to lay down and sleep.

These are very poorly made. Mine literally fell apart within days of arriving. I had to buy new metal lobster clips to replace the originals (which actually all sheared in half after just 48 hours), and have since had to re-sew-on three out of the four hanging straps (which came totally unstitched and fell off, one by one). And the hammock was only being used for two small ferrets jills, too. So there's asolutely no way it would hold a cat. Definitely not worth the current price.

One of the metal clasps broke when the cat first used it (although she isn't exactly a slim cat)Probably better suited for a smaller cat than mine although I was able to cable tie it up to the area I wanted to the fabric loops where the clasps connect and it's working great.
