Also the B vitamins helps with relieving stress and helping us feel calmer. I HIGHLY recommend using this product, especially if you want more energy, better sleep and an overall feeling of calm and well-being.

This supplement is an unusual in that it's in the form of an effervescent tablet. I like to take magnesium before bed, and to me this isn't the ideal form for that, because I'm not necessarily chugging a full glass of cold water at that time. And I do think you need very cold water for this to taste decent. But anyway, this could be taken at other times of day too, or maybe you like to drink fluids at bedtime, so in that case this should work fine for you.

It seems to help me with my leg cramps, but unsure if it will help over time and summer heat. Only used for a week.
