Very comfortable chair, and I like the amount of flexiability in the chair, but mine arrived with cracks, and deep scratches which spoil it slightly.Instructions for assembly are far from clear.

I bought this chair to replace my old wooden chair i was using for my computer.There is only one big problem with the chair.You can't sit on it for longer than 4 hours.Why?Because bolts used by manufacturer to assemble the seat is too long and they going in to my boot.They use 25mm long screws and they sticking out about 15mm under seat in to the sponge, so when you siting for longer time you will fill them all.Painful experience.I solved the problem simply replacing those screws with shorter version but this is additional cost if you want to avoid this problems.

I decided to make a gift for my son and ordered this chair. When my son opened a box he was almost crying - there was 4 plastic squares of ... studio aerobic steps! What a shame! Will never order from this seller!

Disgraceful item turned with the packaging ripped apart and when i opened it the plastic cover was broken of the side of the chair and there is no way to attach the back of the chair.

It arrived heavily damaged and very badly put together, within two days it started to sink, sent back and got my full refund, terribly built chair and very poor padding, footrest was also so small for anyone over 5foot, unfortunate as the reclining feature was excellent

Very good looking chair, really comfortable i gave it 4 stars. The only downside is the arm rests are a bit clunky and seem a bit fragile when you put your weight on them, but i am still glad I chose this chair. Assembling it was easy and didn't need instructions.

though with the price it would be great but feel just as cheap ad any other budget 3rd party chair not massively comfortable and sqeeks like hell i would avoid deeply regret my purchase.

Was fantastic for the first 6 month and after that its starting to break so I probably should have went with something else :'(
