Short Useful Life & Pricey to Replace
Clips work fine, but their useful life is less than a year outdoors. My lights are under a carport and not exposed to direct sunlight. The clips continually fail at the hook in less than a year. In an enclosed space, they last somewhat longer, but they still break. Not an issue if you can find them for less than $1. However, I need a total of 84 for all my lights, so it can get expensive. Too bad a stainless metal version is not available, due to long run costs.
