The color is very saturated so a little goes a long way. It mixes in easily and is tasteless. Works well.

Good variety of colors. Used it to color the icing for a cake for my daughter’s 5th birthday. The colors were great and the black came out good without using a ton of the color. The icing tasted normal and didn’t have any added flavor from the dye.

Little product, it can only be used in Italian meringue, in butter-based toppings don't even try to use, but they should have included yellow color, mine didn't bring it. But as for the Italian meringue, the colors are perfect

I should have checked the actual reviews and not just how many stars. These are really small bottles, practically single use. Some of the colors are not that great. I had to get rid of my Wilton colors when they froze and leaked all over during a recent move. I should have just gone with Wilton's again.
