This should have been my first purchase for forearm equipment but hindsight is 20/20! This simple little thing works all areas of the forearm and it is incredibly easy to use and set up. The grips are thick so you feel the burn pretty early on as well as durable so having sweaty hands won't limit you.

Great quality workout addition to the home gym. Great for working out your forearms and grip. Very well made for long life and use. Easy to use and to attach to dumb bell or kettle bell.

Extremely easy to use. Handles are a good size for a harder time to grip but not extremely unreasonable. Quality so far seems to be good. Comfort in the hands for sure. functionality is good If you have smaller dumbell weights the d ring comes out and you can slide the band through. Definetly worth the money

This is great! Back in the day I just used a stick with a rope I attached to it with a 2 Liter bottle of water. It worked just fine but this is much beyter.

El grosor del mango (roller) hace que antebrazo trabaje con mayor intensidad. La idea de fat grip consigue involucra con mayor intensidad flexores y extensores. Supera con creces el otro roller standard que tengo. La cinta que incorpora se puede doblar si no colacas el peso adecuadamente. Por lo demás me parece un producto que rompe con los rollers habituales.

Eenvoudig gezegd: Een ijzeren staafje met een groot handvat en een touw eraan, dat hoeft toch niet zo duur te zijn! Wel belangrijk om de spieren te oefenen op deze eenvoudige manier. Had gedacht dat er in het handvat een ratelmechanisme zou zitten, maar dat was niet het geval.

doet wat het moet en de dikte ervan is ook goed ! ik doe het met 3kg eraan en je voelt het snel al :D

Der Unterarmtrainer ist insgesamt sehr stabil, und ich gehe davon aus, dass es auch bei regelmäßiger Nutzung lange halten wird. Das Griffstück fühlt sich sehr wertig an – die Oberfläche ist sauber verarbeitet. Der Griff ist angenehm dick, was das Griffkrafttraining deutlich intensiver macht als bei Standardgriffen. Das war für mich ein klarer Pluspunkt. Bisher bin ich voll zufrieden – keine Mängel, keine Überraschungen. Wer etwas Robustes sucht, das sich hochwertig anfühlt und funktional ist, macht hier nichts falsch.
