It looks great and has held up for several years now

I really like these coasters. I was looking for something with a simple design that wouldn't clash with other colors in my apartment. I definitely got that with these coasters. I think they combine form and function really well. They have a very cool and modern look and they actually absorb moisture! When I bought them, I was skeptical about this feature, but I must say, these coasters do a great job of absorbing condensation. I haven't had them for very long, but I have not yet noticed any water rings on the coaster surfaces after the water dries, which I know was a complaint of some reviewers.One possible negative is that, as many other reviews have said, mine also are much more jagged/rough around the edges than the ones in the product picture. I don't find this to be a problem, although I do think they look a little less "fancy" or polished with the more ragged edges. HOWEVER, If you have little kids in the house, I would definitely avoid these coasters. While the edges aren't exactly sharp, I could easily see a young child scraping or cutting a hand or finger on the rough edges if they tried to handle them.All in all, I like these coasters and I'm keeping them. I would recommend them to someone who's looking for coasters that are simple but stylish, but if you have young children, I would suggest you look at something else.

I was worried when I purchased it that a heavy cookbook might be too heavy for it...It hold a large Southern Living Cookbook with no problem..It is sturdy and very attractive. It has a nice finish on it. I am very happy with it. Much easier to read the by looking straight ahead instead of looking down for the recipe. Very pleased with this purchase.

This product is beautiful to look at. But, the quality is horrible. Don’t bother buying it. The first I ordered came broken, to which I thought, ok, that happens when shipping. The second came in tact but broke after 3 months. And I only use it for display, I don’t even use the cookbook displayed on it. Waste of money.

Growing up we had very similar coasters. They also had felt on the bottom to avoid scratching and noise. I was quite surprised that these otherwise excellent coasters didn't have this feature. I realize low cost felt with adhesive packs can be purchased at craft stores but it seems strange for an otherwise excellent product to lack such a simple and inexpensive feature.

These are really nice coasters, they will work well with my decore.

2 of them came perfect, one very chipped and the other broken. There were broken off pieces in the bottom of the bag it was sent in and there was nothing to protect them in the bag/envelope. I have 3 of 4 I can use and I love the 2 that came in one piece with no chips. I'd order them again but I'm really upset with only getting 2 in one piece when I paid for 4.

So much easier to read recipes and the book keeps its place!

over priced

Disappointing. The first one was defective having a faded stripe across the face. The replacement was poorly packed and broken. I didn’t try a third strike.

Like most reviewers, the bottom of the stand that holds the book up is only held on by 2 small nails that don’t hold that piece on very well and can be annoying for some. With that being said I just push it back in every once in a while and it’s fine.Could it be better quality? Yes.Do I still love this despite this issue? Also yes!Over all it’s super cute and I would still buy again.

I love this stand so much! It's super cute, and I ordered it as a Mother's Day gift, but it arrived BROKEN. So that was quite disappointing. Thankfully we were able to fix it, but it was very disappointing, especially for the price we paid.

I love this!!!! I am always using my phone for recipes or trying to hold open my cookbook and then it closes on me. This not only is very functional it is beautiful and I can display my nice cookbooks.Tucked in the corner you wouldn’t even know as it takes up so little room. Beauty!
