Has this anyone sleepy during day? I see it has valerian in it

No, the several times that I used it in the mornings, I did not have any side effects such as drowsiness or sleepiness. I have gotten into a routine of using it in the late afternoon or before bedtime since I take Alprazolam, 0.5 mg in the morning. I am using less of the prescription medicine and more of this herbal supplement.

Can you make the proprietary blend without the excessive B vitamins for those of us already taking a multivitamin?

What is the exact amount of st johns wort?

That is a great question! Unfortunately, the bottle does not give an exact amount. In addition, it is listed as the second to last ingredient on the label. With that being the case, I would venture to guess that the amount of St. John’s Wart is minimal. Also, we have had no adverse reactions to this supplement in conjunction with either the Resveratrol or Turmeric Curcumin that we are taking with this Anxiety compound. I hope this helps a little... though the answer isn’t exactly what you asked for. 😊
