I take ozempic and the day of the injection I am nauseous and cannot eat. I got these to try and increase my nutrients. They tasted awful at first, but now I crave them. It’s my favorite morning snack. I don’t notice more energy, but I do notice a more gradual expenditure of my energy. I also have adhd and when I am medicated, I am lethargic, and I can sleep very well and deeply, but without medication I cannot sleep. I normally sleep every other day. I stopped medication a while ago and these help my body expend my energy throughout the day so I can sleep at night. I do think that Over time, this helps my energy levels because I am getting sleep. It just isn’t something I consciously notice.

These taste great and are powerful. One a day for me. They help control my appetite and give me a nice boost of energy pretty quickly upon consuming. Keep the high quality going, please and thank you! Appreciate sharing the power of God’s bees.

Taste awful but it’s helped me alot

I prefer Spartan Bee Bread because it’s more effective in my opinion. But these were softer, easier to chew, and tasted better than Spartan Bee Bread. Plus they were cheaper. But they are not as effective. They are still pretty effective

These burn my tongue and throat. I spent 15 mins with this unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, this item is not eligible for refund. I already bought another brand that is a certified manuka honey and I do not have these bad symptoms.

I like how each pollen bread is individually wrapped so that I can take it on the go. It honestly tastes great as a little sweet snack so it’s a good replacement for when I start to crave sugar and I started to notice my energy levels increased from when I started taking this.

First time buying this product and compared to the other brands on the market these definitely taste the best! Love the quality and benefits also definitely made a big difference.

After trying these for a about 8 months. In my personal experience I have not found any major health benefits or major changes to my body. As far as the need to take these everyday and for the value I would say they are pricey. And the 4 stars was for the awful taste. It's definitely not for everyone. Have a very off taste and is super gummy and chewy. Gets stuck in your teeth. I always needed to wash it down with something. Personal opinion was not worth forcing them down other than just feeling like I'm putting something good in my body and for the added cost it was not worth the continuing purchase
