Q: What’s the best product to add color to the white candy melts?

You could use candy color, but I think it is much easier to buy the color you need, or color by adding other candy melts. What color/s are you trying to Make? For example, for dark green, I add a few red candy melts with mostly free ones. For flesh tone I use white, yellow, pink, brown and blue

Q: Can you use food coloring with the candy melts?s

You can NOT use gel food coloring. You can only use an oil base food coloring.

Q: How many oreos and how many pretzels do you think the 6 packs will cover?

We would not have an exact number, but with 6 bags of candy melts, you could cover quite a few treats!

Q: Can I warm candy melts inside the fountain or it have to be the stove or microwave

When using our chocolate fountain, the candy must be melted first. We would recommend using the microwave, a candy melting pot, or the double boiler method on the stove. Please make sure to read the fountain instructions when using candy melts and not fondue chocolate. Candy Melts will need vegetable oil added to create the right consistency to use as fondue chocolate.
