Good wheat germ, overpriced.
I use this in my standard country white bread recipe, and to mix with yogurt and fruit in the morning. Love it. Amazon price is double what I can get it for at that market, however. One off for price

Good added to oatmeal
Wheat germ is nutritionally valuable (see nutritionfacts .org). I added this to my oatmeal along with flax & chopped apple & nuts.

Vary hard to find in the grocery stores anymore.So i checked Amazon. Yes , they had it, while it was a little more expensive ordering here, in the long run not by much. Other online places had it but shipping would have made it more expensive. Or if i could have found it at the store ,i would have paid for taxi's to get there and back, like i must when i do shopping. So with prime it made it a reasonable buy. I love it and it's very healthy. Yes i would recommment it and buying it here if you have prime.

I always buy wheat germ. I've learned so many of its health benefits and I have started buying it for my mom. Also I always add it to oats or kefir and I'm so glad Amazon has so me varieties and good quality wheat germ. Alhumdulillah
