best iron supplement I had ever taken and I tried dozens over the years. Does not cause any bad side effects like constipation. You can feel the gentle energy from the just-right dose of b12. Not as good as the liquid but it gets the job done . I do recommend the liquid though for the people with really low iron levels like myself.
