I ordered two different braces, this one was more comfortable and seemed to have more support on the spine. It's more of a reminder to stay straight as it is uncomfortable to slick with it on. I feel like an optional strap around the chest would make it feel more secure. It seems to do the job.

When I received it in the plastic package, I though OMG, I just got ripped off. After a few minutes of untangling it and realized how it went together (it was simpler than I thought), I put it on.The basic design looks like a backpack, except the pack is missing. I thought this isn't going to do anything, but what the hell, I got it and let's give it a go. I adjusted it minus any real instructions in the bag telling me how to do it and I figured it out.I was at work and I sat down at my desk and realized my shoulders pulled back and I wasn't hunching over my keyboard as I so often catch myself do. I stood up and went into the bathroom and looked in the mirror. I looked like Mick Jagger walking around like a proud rooster, holy crap! this thing works!First day when I got home my lower back was sore, I later realized my spine and neck muscles were being reshaped to correct posture and they were rebuilding tissue growth from being in bad posture.After a week,, the soreness subsided. I wear it all the time now. The soreness is going away now and I don't hunch over sitting or standing. It's the best $20 I ever spent. I bought one for my girlfriend because we work on computers all day.I think once my muscle memory and new muscle growth reform, I'll be better for it. My neck pains from stressing over the keyboard and staring into my monitors has stopped. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I’m sure it does what it is suppose to do but I’m a tiny woman 4’10 and thin so this was too big for me even when adjusting straps.

I wear size 6 - 8 shirts and the small size of this was too big. I pulled the straps from the back around under my arms to the front and they reached up over my shoulders. Pulling the straps as tight as it was possible, I was still able to easily slouch. It says that it comes with detachable armpit pad but there were not any in the package that I received and they would seriously be needed if there is any hope of this being as all comfortable.

Ordered this for my husband and I. We work a lot on the computer and it has helped us a lot to stop slouching while we work. It was also nice to receive the freebies like the stretch band and yoga belt all wrapped in a nice bag. Great experience so far!

Really works

When I got this product I could tell it helped posture. You are unable to slouch while using it. My only complaint is, it is not comfortable! It hurts my underarms.
