Everything came as pictured including balloon hanging strips, However latex balloons kept popping on their own. Used them for a 1yr olds bday. So imagine having a little get together with other small children and these balloons popping on their own... Yeah, there was crying and screaming every 15 minutes or less. We had to hurry through photos, which was terrible due to balloons popping in everyone's ears, we rounded up balloons and let them kill themselves off in an upstairs room. Party improved. Helium balloons were great.

Bought for my daughters 1 yr old bday. We used EVERYTHING! Both the Mylar and latex balloons held up in the wind on a sunny day for 4 hours. The banners are adorable. A great purchase
