For the automatic model, there’s no instruction to clean this. It’s not clear how to unscrew the cup and take out the silicon bristles for cleaning. No instruction is included in the package, maybe there was one but it was a used item that was being sent to me. Do not recommend anyone to buy this!

As soon as I would place my dog’s paw in he cylinder it would not run. I followed the sizing guidelines and read several reviews on sizing, and still had no luck. Unfortunately I was unable to return it.

really liked the product. easy to use for washing dogs paws and easy to clean. we saw a difference in the dog licking and chewing paws within a few hours th edog was 90 % better

This product was not powerful enough to do any sort of cleaning of my dogs’ paws. I love the idea. It just didn’t have enough umph.

When I received the product, I open and looks like great, but I connect to the cable to charge the battery for alone of 7 hours. The product doesn't function. To sad with this product, I don't recomend to buy it.
