I am very pleased with this purchase. For my watches I wanted something that would protect from scratches or damage when I need to transport them. This case holds three watches. Purchasing from Amazon I figured it would be good enough based on pics and reviews. After unboxing it though, I was very surprised and pleased. The packaging was really nice. Comes in a box, then wrapped in a felt/velvet bag which is a very nice touch. Everything feels like quality and the roll itself seems sturdy. The pillows can be compressed for watches sized to small wrist sizes. I have narrow wrists, so for the most part I will assume these will hold pretty much any watch. I read some of the reviews that the pillows will only accommodate larger diameter wrist sizes. I am definitely on the narrow side and they work for me. I love the layout of the unwound roll. You can place it on a table and lay down and present any jewelry or watches. The there are four snap buttons that will snap securely and will be quite difficult for all of them to become undone by themselves. I put my watches in the roll, buttoned it up and dropped it from about 3ft onto carpet. (This is as much risk as I was willing to take) None of the pillows moved, none of the buttons became undone. Opened the case back up and none of the watches moved at all. They were exactly in the same place as I had initially put them. I do believe that if you had some really high end watches and accidentally dropped them, as long as they can take the shock, they will remain unscathed. They are pretty much in suspension when closed. I purchased this more for protection, but would really feel good about going to something such as an appraisal to show this off. Just because it is not a name brand, I know this is better quality, and definitely looks nicer that some high end names. For this you do seem to be paying for quality and not the name. Something like the LV watch roll you can pay about 1K for that, and I know that if you drop that roll as I did, the watches have the capability to bump each other. Not with this case. The pillows are removable, but when closed cannot move. Also there is a rail between each watch that cannot be removed. This will prevent accidental bumping and scratching between watches. Each watch is in its own compartment and if for whatever reason moves around, will be protected from anything that can scratch the watch and also prevent from bumping into any other watch in the event the case is dropped. Also this seems pretty crush proof. If travelling with a carry on, I would totally feel at ease with my watches in this case. If I were to throw this into a checked in suitcase, I would be more worried about theft than damage. I tried squeezing the case by hand with moderate pressure and it feels pretty solid. Not sure what would happen if you tried to crush it by weight like sitting on it, but even without watches, it is something I don't want to try. I would definitely recommend this for any watch enthusiast that would like to show off and protect their watch investment.

I was a little skeptical when I first saw the Q watch box. I travel a lot and like to take an assortment of watches with me. I wanted something durable but would also fit well in a small carry on bag, and inside the average hitel safe. I had looked at several rolls but what drew me to try this was that it holds six and is nice enough to display on my dresser as well. So I figured I'd take a shot. Well I'm really glad I did. This box is truly fantastic. It's durable, I am really impressed with the build quality, I love the way the watch holders slide in and out of the case. This makes it easy to place watches on or take them off, yet they stay firmly in place in the box. The box itself is beautiful and the leather and interior lining are superb. I love how the box also snaps shut. I've been an avid watch collector for years and have had many cases and rolls before but none have impressed me as much as this box. You can truly tell this was designed by a person who loves watches as much as I do. My only regret is that I didn't find it sooner. Outstanding job to the team at Q. You have a customer for life.

Great for your most important watches.

Good quality

the case is well made, and is a great fit for larger and regular sized mens watches. The inside is smooth and perfect for shiny and polished surfaces and the snaps are easy but very secure. The extra work space when it's laid open is a great thing to have for sure. You can rest comfortably knowing your watches are indeed protected in this case, HOWEVER...the price...is very steep. It seems kind of ridiculous in fact that this case costs as much as it does. I also collect cards from a card game, and I have "deck boxes" made out of the same material both inside and outside with even more secure magnetic snaps for closings for $15 - $20 each, I have about 25 of them. Now, I get that the shaped watch pillows and slots hold things snuggly but that's worth another say....25$ for the added foam inside the material and workmanship. Watch collector's are getting hosed really bad in this area. you might say "well if you are protecting $30,000 worth of watches it's a tiny price to pay." but I can tell you that one of the deck of cards I have, in a $15 deckbox of this material, is worth twice that amount and a bent corner or bowed card almost destroys it's value and I still know they are perfectly safe from any harm. So... consider that when you look at this case. Basically, my point is "it's good, but your still getting screwed on the price (also consider Zelos watches are shipped with a metal case to house 3 watches and tools included in the watch's price....just sayin)

Great watch case , great quality, nice appearance

I have purchased 2 watch rolls to store my watches in my safe. I give the watch rolls a 5 star for the design and quality. The watch cushion suspends the watch in the case perfectly. The cushion is pliable and you can easily latch the bracelets closed. I have may have had a unique bad customer service experience. Included in the packaging of the watch roll was a QR code to save 50% off a travel pouch. I went through the instructions to obtain a redemption code to be used at Amazon and applied the code at check out. Long story short, the code was flagged as expired. After multiple emails it was apparent customer service was not knowledgeable about the code, I had to essentially explain the promotion to them. After multiple emails and failed attempts to receive the promotional allowance, I just gave up.

I really like the design and feel of this case. +Shape keeps from rolling +Leather is nice +Slotted pillows keep watches in place +Pillows are updated and soft +M shaped pillows +Depressed slot AND soft cover keep watches from being touched/scratched +Like that the lid can be used as a soft pad for watches -the velvet around the pillows seems cheaply glued on and am afraid will separate over time -Same concerns around the pillows edges that slide into the case - over time, the friction of constantly moving and removing the pillows will wear the thinly glued velvet layer away - as seen in other photos. Overall a really nice case with great display and I trust my timepieces to be transported in this - but would like to see a little more quality put into the pillow construction for this price point.
