Item arrived exactly a described, in very secure and sturdy packaging. We were also gifted the spherical icemaker, they're complimentary and I would highly recommend them; perfect size for the glass pair. The weight of the glass is ideal and the thickness doesn't distort the volume or make them feel flimsy; I feel confident muddling in them. Easy to clean, nice wide mouth can get a sponge and dry cloth in with relative ease- even for big hands like mine. I would definitely buy another pair, highly recommended!

Sitting here enjoying these perfect glasses motivated me to say a few kind words about the product. The 'Old Fashioned Whiskey glasses are simple and elegant. Everything you could want for sipping your favorite spirits at the end of a long work day. Moreover, the customer service was outstanding. Initially received the wrong order; however, Matt & Oliver made more than right in correcting the mistake. Couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommend to all.

The glasses are very nice, but one of the ice spheres leaks terribly, even though it appears to be closed tightly not he sides (this is not due to overfilling). I returned the set, but will reorder one more time to try again.

Nice quality glassware. Holds alcoholic liquids quite well, have not tried to put non-alcoholic beverages in them so I cant speak to how well they hold up in those situations.

These ice ball molds are the best I've tried, and I've tried several. The glass is the perfect size. It is kind of plane in regard to looks, but I was looking for function over form. So it's perfect for me.
