I ordered a case of Valvoline Max Life Full Synthetic 10W-30. What I received was a case of Valvoline SynPower Full Synthetic 5W-40. Part Number VV180 (ordered) versus Part Number VV966 (received). What was delivered is a good oil, but my engine, with over 265,000 miles, would get more help from a high-mileage oil such as Max Life.

This is super convenient and great that I can purchase motor oil from Amazon for my 1994 Geo Prizm. The pack comes in a nicely fitting box that I can put into the trunk of my car or into garage/closet. Saves me from having to stop at O'Reilly's.
