I recently purchased this milk frother, and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. It’s compact, easy to use, and delivers consistently smooth, creamy foam in just seconds. Whether I’m making a latte, cappuccino, or simply adding a bit of luxury to my morning coffee, the results are impressive every time. The build quality feels sturdy, and the stainless steel whisk is easy to clean. I also appreciate how quiet it is compared to other frothers I’ve tried. The battery life seems reliable so far, and the ergonomic handle makes it comfortable to hold. If you enjoy café-style drinks at home, this milk frother is an excellent value for the price. It’s fast, efficient, and produces foam that rivals what you’d get from a professional machine. Highly recommended.

I love this thing so much. It might be the best money I've ever spent. Heats up water, milk, oatmilk. It's nice if I don't want to get a kettle out and boil water or if I just need to warm milk. I use mine mostly to make matcha lattes. 5 million times better than Starbucks or Peet's Coffee. The froth is just lovely! I've only used oatmilk and the results are incredible! The froth is big and puffy and the tiny bubbles last forever. It's so easy to use and clean, and it barely takes up space. When I need to go fast I just throw in matcha powder and water and it heats/stirs it up just fine. 160 is perfect for steeping matcha without burning it. Just make sure you clean it right after so it doesn't burn/stick. My only wish is that I could heat it higher than 160 degrees for the milk. But I like how it shows you how hot it is heating in real time.

After having my frother for about 2 weeks, I can confidently give my recommendation- which is to NOT purchase this product. Pros: Compact and easy to use the presets to warm or create froth. Cons: Regardless of how much/little milk I put in this machine; it ALWAYS overflows when I select the frother setting. I’ve been doing a workaround of heating my milk first in the machine, pouring it into my coffee cup, then pouring another SLIVER of milk into the machine and selecting one of the froth options. Then I just keep a close watch while it makes my foam. Overall I have a $10 handheld foamer that I got at Walmart that is even smaller and easier to clean than this device. I wanted to eliminate the step of heating up my milk in the microwave before using the handheld device to make the foam. This machine seems to not be able to solve that problem without making a mess/close monitoring. Accordingly, I cannot recommend purchasing this device. ETA: The seller reached out to me and offered me a refund based on my above review. I replied and confirmed that I would like a refund. All of a sudden, the seller started questioning why I wanted a refund. 1. READ MY REVIEW. 2. YOUR COMPANY OFFERED IT TO ME! I suspect that they weren’t truly trying to resolve my issues with their product malfunctioning and I’m taking off an additional star now for wasting my time. This device is only good to warm milk and that is it.

I ordered this product in spring but didn't use it with much regularity until this autumn. It was a great product (quickly heated milk to the appropriate temp, easy to clean, did not take up a lot of counter space). Unfortunately, it stopped working BUT the company's Customer Service department was fantastic. It actually had to be one of the best service experiences I have had. I had to go directly to the company as I was past the Amazon return period. Not only did the company's Customer Service department reply within 24 hours to my email they did not require me to go through a lot of hoops to address the warranty. (The product has a 2 year warranty (with some limits).) I only had to provide a short video of the issue and a copy of my receipt. They, again, replied within 24 hours with a resolution. I have a new frother so I can enjoy my daily lattes again!

Been using this frother for a few months. I was nervous to purchase a non Nespresso branded machine but this came as a recommendation from a friend and I am not disappointed. Works quickly and well, easy to use, froths milk very very well. Four buttons - cold foam, steam milk, regular steamed milk with foam, steamed milk with more foam. Auto starts once the jug is placed on the power source - click button until function you wish to use is highlighted blue. Makes a beep sound when the desired temperature is reached. I’ve tested oat milk, fresh cows milk, reconstituted milk, coffee creamer; added flavored syrups, honey, maple syrup - even done mixes of types of milk. It does a great job every single time. I suggest frothing cold milk because room temperature won’t froth as nicely. 10/10 great affordable alternative to Nespresso aerocinno milk frother (I’ve used the aerocinno 4 for a some months as well)

Works great! Heats up milk or cream or even non-dairy creamers perfectly and makes it the degree of foaminess you want. I also like that the canister comes off the little round thing that plugs in entirely. Makes it very easy to pour -- and to clean!

The item works great when it works! We purchased this frother back in June and I absolutely loved it. The option for cold foam was a game changer. I also love the option to have heated or cooled milk depending on the type of coffee I'm making. After using this product daily for a few months, it completely died and would not turn on no matter how I placed it on the base. I reached out to the company listed in the product warranty packet and was met with prompt, friendly service. They simply asked me for a video showing the issue with the product and after submitting, I received a replacement item within a day. I am very pleased with the service but now see this item has a history of going out so maybe new purchasers beware. At least if yours does go out, you have reliable service to get it replaced!

So nice and fast

This works really well. I’ve been using lactose free 2% milk and it comes out perfect every time. I’ve probably made 100 coffees with it. I love the fact that it is super easy to clean, it’s really easy to use and that it warms the milk. No complaints. Compared to some of the ones that are 100+ dollars this works just as good before this one I had $100 Tassimo milk froth or and I would take this over that one.

Compared to others I have used this is the worst. Milk burns and despite putting max levels for milk it stills overflows

I invested so much time trying to work it out, I thought I'd invest a bit more time & save you the effort. There are several parts not even shown in the Overview or mentioned anywhere that I still have no idea what they are for. It is supplied with 3 whisks & 2 springs; one of the whisks is on the inside of the clear plastic lid that doesn’t seem to be removeable (I didn’t want to force it) & has no power. The instructions are silent?? The instructions have some temperatures in Celsius & some are in Fahrenheit, whist the jug only has Fahrenheit settings. The volume measurements are all metric. The instructions talk about 4 buttons for the 4 various settings, yet they are only lights, not buttons. With no help from the instructions, it took me a while but I did eventually work it out. You toggle the power button, but very quickly otherwise it doesn't work. With 5 pages of cautions & warnings; some with fatal consequences, & only 1 page on how to use it, it just about sums it up. Finally, as I was more interested in heating milk than I was whisking, & with all the dismantling & cleaning required after every use, I decided it was just as easy on the stove or microwave - I have less clutter. This is not for me.
