Bought this a year ago and it works perfectly still and looks as good.

I bought this product to replace my last ash tin which lasted years. I have had it only 3 months and the hinges have both rusted. I have used WD 40 on it but basically I struggle to get it to open and the lid is almost ready to fall off. I would not recommend this.

Excellent to have by the fireplace
This ash carrier avoids going outside in wet cold weather, and lets the ash cool safely before putting it in the plastic bin. Really useful.

Too small for a Charnwood Island II
Hoped it would be big enough but alas not. Just can't find one to fit. Poorly packaged given it's quite easy to dent and things seem to get a rough ride when being delivered.
