I really enjoy taking these. I’ve been taking them for 4 months, going on my 5th month now, and my nail tech constantly compliments how healthy my nails are. Collagen
These will be the only collagen pills I'll ever buy. They are very easy to swallow, because they are small pills. There is no taste to them. I've only been taking them for about a little more than a month but I do believe I'm starting to see some improvements on my skin.

Low quality collagen
Not very effective. I used for three months to really give it a chance. The ingredients look like they would be good but they are not I’ve learned the hard way several times by trying these brands of collagen that offer more then 1&3 that those brands are trash. I will go back to my previous brand vp collagen and won’t be swayed by TikTok videos again. People literally tell you these ingredients with 5 types of collagen are the best and that just isn’t the truth. My skin is not in good skin health as it once was. I would not recommend this product nor any collagen products that have several types of collagen or tone of “extras” in them. Do the research yourself.
