I got this as a birthday present for my 10 year old. We wanted to introduce him to technology and teach him responsibly without all of the mess of social media and doomscrolling. He loves it so far. It's easy to use and isn't cheaply made. The battery life is amazing! It goes several days without needing to be charged. It's got a nice yet simple design too. I love that it has a build-in kid mode that turns off access to the internet, youtube, and other features that we don't want him on. It's been a great (and SAFE!) experience so far!

I use this as my daughters “you’re grounded” phone. She’s 15 and can usually break past any setting I put on her smart phone. The only option I was left with was a “burner”. Child locks prevent any type of internet, etc. she can listen to FM radio on it 😂. Perfect punishment phone especially with month to month plans that are $15.

The easiest and best value phone for my dad! Super easy and durable and just has the functions he needs. It's all you need without the price! Super easy to activate and set up. Features are easy to use and battery last all week! Can even test and take pics with it!

Can’t complete registration on line. Must purchase card or plan bet you can activate this phone. Customer service person did not understand English well, A week later. I still can’t use this phone. A waste of time and money!! The ringer is was turned off. I purchased time. What a joke!!!

I ordered this Tracfone to replace a lost one recently. It arrived quickly, and was well packaged, but judging from the appearance of the phone's factory box it had no doubt been opened at some point. The strip of tape that holds the flap on the box end was cut, and there was some damage to the box. After close inspection, however, nothing had been taken out of its cellophane factory wrapping and all the papers and booklets were there. Not a deal breaker, but still a bit concerning since the item description said "Brand New". After a call to Tracfone, the service rep was very helpful in transferring my minutes and service from the lost phone to this one. This phone is somewhat larger than my old LG flip, but that's actually a good thing for my aged eyes. It seems to work just fine, and I have an equal or better signal here with it as the old phone had. After a few moments of working with the menus and buttons I am comfortable that this phone will do just fine For the $$ I don't think I could have done better, and am quite pleased overall in this transaction. It does appear, however, that this item was returned or previously purchased and should have been discounted just a bit for that fact.

Good old school burner phone in a pinch. Like It. Sleek looking, generous screen display. Keypad is learnable and the phone has a nice feel in the hand. Keep in mind, this phone is not touch screen. It is keypad only. For those of use that remember this particular flip, it should bring you back.

Great phone!! FOR RADIO!! Cheaper than all or most radios! Decent battery life! Lasting all day. Love the free Radio built-in!!

I loved the idea of going back to an og flip phone but getting the minutes was a hassle. Sadly, I returned it and went with a house phone instead.
