Item received in good time. Capsules are quite large so be careful when swallowing. Of course it's impossible for a lay person to know if this product is doing anything useful within their body. I certainly don't feel or look any different after taking these for a few weeks. But it does seem to be a conventional wisdom that green tea has positive health effects so here's hoping 🤞

I have faith that these are good for you but unfortunately I caused some liver damage by taking them alongside atorvastatin. My gp said I must stop taking them straight away

I take these orally and also open the capsules for topical use. I take as a general health supplement, and I mix the powder with oil to use as a hair serum.The powder is high quality, the capsules are easy to swallow. The pouch seals tightly, to keep all the capsules fresh.I haven't experienced any negative side effects, they digest well and the ingredients are clean and safe, no toxic ingredients or fillers.

I have in my kitchen a beautiful new teapot and lots of high quality green tea, both bags and free range. I would love to be sipping a cup of green tea every day, I believe it would do me good, but somehow day after day it doesn't happen. So I was glad to order these capsules from Alpha01. I will continue to strive to drink green tea, but it's good to know that I have a 90 day supply if I fail.As I follow a very low carb / keto diet, I resent being forced to consume unwanted and unnecessary carbs included in prescription meds and supplements. When I saw that hemp flour is an ingredient of these capsules, I Googled and found to my relief that hemp flour is extremely low in carbs, being mainly composed of protein and insoluble fibre. Relief!I like that Alpha01 display almost all the info. we need in their headlines. The one thing I would like to know but can't find anywhere on their ad. is the caffeine content of these capsules. I love that their pouches are re-sealable and re-cyclable, as well as being more ecological to manufacture and transport than the horrid plastic containers still used by the majority of supplement sellers.This tea is sourced in the EU. I do like things to be sourced in the UK, but obviously tea at present cannot be grown here. With global warming, perhaps that may change. There is no mention of "organic". Alpha01 are remarkably restrained in the claims they make for the possible benefits of green tea. Googling, I read that green tea MAY benefit heart, brain, bones and liver. It MAY combat some cancers, stroke, glucose intolerance, stress. It MAY promote weight loss. Or, of course, MAY NOT! None of these possible benefits is mentioned by Alpha01. They simply claim "Rich in polyphenols".Modestly hidden away in the thumbnails is the fact that Alpha01 gives 10% of their profit to non-profit organisations that feed and clothe children in need. Is this a first for supplement sellers?Honest, ecological, charitable, high in polyphenols, no nasties, current price of £8.09 for 90 days' supply - what's not to like?
