Second purchase
My first purchase of this product was back in January 2024. I just purchased another one this November 2024. I used this to obtain phosphorus and potassium (both essential minerals). I do regular mineral and micronutrient testing and this has been working well for me. I use chronometer to track how much I should supplement based on my intake from food sources in a day. Sometimes I mix it in my water/sprite zero and sip throughout the day or add it to food when cooking. It dissolves pretty well for me. You can do a 24hr urine mineral test to see how much is being excreted by your body and adjust how much you take so you don’t over work your kidneys.

Worked for what I needed (oral supplement)
I was looking for a source of phosphate as a supplement which is surprisingly hard to find (aside from some uselessly highly diluted forms) and was a bit nervous about buying something labelled this way (as a laboratory chemical) despite it saying "food grade", but the seller was helpful and prompt in answering my questions and when I opened the item I saw that it does say "This is a food ingredient intended for human consumption." on the small text in the middle that is too blurry to read in the product picture, so ultimately it worked out. This is not pleasant to take, but that is just how it is with most raw minerals. Eating some fruit along with it helps and using it is effective in doing what I thought it would. Also note that this came as a powder (technically little pellets) even though it sure looks like a liquid in the picture. It dissolves somewhat slowly, so if you wanted to make the jar into a concentrated liquid it would probably have to sit for quite awhile, though the container is sturdy plastic so you could probably mix it right in there. Just put in a question with Consolidated Chemical if you need to know more and I'm sure they can guide you.

Not fit for human consumption
Im K deficient, and at times have to take at least 1000 mgs a day of K to help my symptoms. Ive tried so many types and brands, since sometimes I just buy whatever is available in store. When I need it, I need it badly!! Though I avoid gluconate tabs, I just have a bias against tablets, and I dont recall them being too effective anyways. I more often take K citrate.I take these supplements with food, and depending on the type/quality/quantity taken, K makes me nauseous. It makes like this ammonia-like smell come out of my throat and makes my stomach hurt a little. This doesnt last too long. Now, this supplement was waaaaay to harsh to take. I even emailed the company after I tried it for the first time b/c I wanted to make sure that I didnt make some ignorant mistake and buy a form of K that was not for ingesting. According to the company this is in fact safe for ingestion. At first I tried mixing a small amt in with a smoothie and I was gagging/crying so hard from the harshness/taste of the potassium that I drank it leaning over my kitchen sink in case I projectile vomited. It doesnt dissolve very well. Every day I would just try mixing it with some water and downing it like a champ (always over a sink). This stuff felt like it ate a hole in my stomach and the ammonia smell was super sickening.I just gave up after trying for a few months. Even the excruciating pain and fatigue I feel from K deficiency was not nearly enough to motivate me to consume this

Food-grade Dipotassium Phosphate for a fair price
I've been using this dipotassium phosphate in my food for some time, and it's excellent for my needs. This is how it's supposed to be. I have no problems. Their price was fair.

Wonderful! I bought this because my homemade oat milk would NOT froth at all. Just adding a pinch gave me ultra frothy milk :)))
