I love taking supplements to help build my immunity, especially during these winter months. I was glad to find this bee propolis made in the USA by Carlyle. The taste is okay. It isn't particularly sweet. Don't mistake this for honey. It doesn't taste anything like honey. I usually add it to my water in the morning. This 2 oz. bottle has almost 60 servings in it, making it a good value for the price. I would purchase this again and would recommend this to others.

Poor quality ingredients
Just had the worst experience with this propolis brand, unfortunately theres is glycerin in the ingredients, I had stomach and intestinal discomfort and I felt sick for two days! Never again
