I ordered 2 braces in M and they were too tight so I ordered 2 more in size L which are more comfortable. I returned the two size M at Kohl's two weeks ago and have not received a refund for the 2 I returned. I will reach out to Amazon customer service and see if they can help me. I really like the braces - they are comfortable and help with a torn meniscus. I would recommend this product.

One of the best knee support brace I have ever tried.I do weights and running frequently and require good knee support both during training and during recovery.In past I have tried multiple knee sleeves ranging from a few dollars to a hundred dollar sleeve.MODVEL was very receptive and help with getting a smaller size giving me the hug I needed.With the adjusted size it I go to the gym and the sleeve stays in place! no sliding down no need to put or tug through my clothes. Its awesome!For the price and the features, this is hands down the best brace I have owned.

When following their size chart, I measured right in between the Medium and large and ordered the medium. It was too tight and uncomfortable above the knee. I emailed the company's customer service to see about exchanging sizes. They promptly replied to get my information (on a Sunday evening even), and shipped out a Large for me the next morning. It arrived just a few days later. They did send me a different color than I originally ordered and asked for when requesting the new size (I ordered the turquoise and they sent me a red one) but I suppose the color doesn't matter too much, it just would have been nice. I haven't worn it for long periods yet, but so far it seems decent.

I ordered according to the sizing chart and I just made the cut for size large (L vs XL) I think it fit okI wore it a few times:- around the house: that was fine, had to keep pulling it up once in a while but that was ok no big deal- while walking outside: I could feel the top of the sleeve slipping down to my knee cap- attempted to run with it: I had to stop cause it kept slipping :/I got it on sale for around $7 something so I can’t complain too much lol

Just the right amount of support. Best one I’ve tried so far. I would definitely recommend this item.

Worthless for us as theycan not be moved up far enough on our thighs. These are the largest sized that they sell.If you are skinny then they may work for you. Any decent sized thigh means you wasted your money

I have moderate knee issues.These knee sleeves are excellent.I am able to play tennis 3 times per week.
