Quality of product materials is mediocre; immediate defects. Product is bulky and unwieldy. Not utterly useless but not good.
1. I don't know whether this was more TopTrek's fault or Amazon's, but the first order did not arrive for over a week, and when I checked the order status on Amazon, the page reported this item had likely been lost in the mail. I was able to obtain a refund and re-order the bag.2. The frame mount for the bag has very long velcro straps which (at least on my Cro-Moly tube frame) have long ends that have to be gathered up so as not to dangle out, and don't feel like they'd hold up to much abuse. They feel meager and like they would not hold up to much abuse. More damningly, after under a minute of fiddling to get the bag secured into the frame mount, the velcro patches on the inside surface of the frame mount substantially peel away from the mount: it appears they were not stitched in, only weakly glued. The velcro surfaces secure to one another well, but that doesn't matter if they detach from their respective objects.3. The frame mount is large, somewhat heavy, and somewhat floppy, and the bag does not velcro *snugly* into it, but rather sits awkwardly between the frame mount's "wings". The meager straps don't hold the mount in place super well, and it tends to droop towards one side or the other unless I cinch it tighter every so often. Especially given the detaching velcro, I don't anticipate taking the bag out of the mount that often, and this design ends up taking up a lot of space and sticking out pretty far from the bag's edges in several directions. As a consequence, knees usually strike the mount during out-of-saddle pedaling.I gave this product a shot; I get what it's for, and it kind of does it (albeit in a very compromised way). It's not horrible value for the money. But given the *immediate* velcro defects, I'll probably be returning it and getting something with better build quality from a more established company, even if it has fewer features.

there is no good way to accommodate - it won't really fit in ...
After about 8 months of use, for the money, it's hard to top this bag. I was looking for something that would keep my iPhone 5 out of the rain, and also be able to carry a multi-tool, tire lever, and patch kit. Everything fits no problem, and the bag stays secure when strapped down, and it's contents stay dry through the rain. Didn't have much issue using my phone through the case, but when it was raining hard some of the touch functionality diminished. The only reason I'm knocking off a star is because a) if you're using wired headphones, there is no good way to accommodate - it won't really fit in the bag, and b) the angle of my phone in the bag tilts too far toward my chest and it becomes difficult to see my phone screen if I'm using it to navigate.

Great waterproof case for cell phone.
I like this thing. A nice easy place to keep all your belongings. Can carry my cell, wallet and keys when I leave for a ride. The only negative is that the leather can get a little squeaky. I don't usually notice as I have my ear buds in when I ride. Also, if you are a bigger rider like me with thunder thighs, (6'2" 275lbs) it can get in the way a little when you stand up out of the seat on inclines. Also, you don't have to worry about your stuff getting wet on rides, or your phone coming dislodged and thrown.

This is a handy bicycle accessory!
I was excited to receive this as I bicycle often and the weather here is unpredictable. I use an app on my phone to track my distance. Thus product is helpful with protecting my cell phone from the elements. If I could change a few things with the product I would streamline its size a bit so it is not so large. It does hang down from the handle bars a bit which makes it tough to see while cycling. The zipper also is a bit tough and sticks at times. Overall it's an ok product.

It's good, only 1 minor complaint
I like it, it holds my Galaxy S7 Edge even in an otterbox (its snug, but ok) as well as my wallet and keys while i ride. My only complaint is it angles downward a bit more than I would prefer. I use the Strava app while I ride, and it's difficult to see because of the angle. I'll probably put something under it to help it tilt more upward. If the angle was better, I'd give it 5 stars. Quality seems good for the price.

I love this pocket
I love this pocket. It attaches easily to the bike. I use it for my money clip, keys, and phone. With those items it still has plenty of space.Keep in mind, that if your phone is in a case, it will not fit in the space easily. I had to remove mine from the case in order to fit it in there easily. I don't have a bulky case, so it does squeeze in the pouch with it on... barely.Use it all the time. It is loved! Especially on our coffee crawls when we don't need to take a lot with us.

Good Product - Great Service
Just after the 2nd time I used it, it broke on the base.Maybe I put too many things, but I would of thought it should had hold. After this review, I received an email from Emeson of ToptrekSport who kindly received (and appreciated) my feedback, talked to their engineers and will reinforce the quality controls on the product, AND will send another product to me as a courtesy.

Great case for the price.
I use this for my galaxy s7 edge. Good protection. Display sits a bit too far forward, so I really have to look down to see it, which is obviously a safety concern. If there were a way to adjust this, I'd easily give five stars. Also, I'm not sure how, but it amplifies the sound of the phone. That was a nice surprise.
