These pouches are delicious - my 7 year old loves them on their own and they’re also a great addition to a smoothie to get vitamins and fibre into him (and me!). I have been following this company for a while in anticipation of their frozen product and I am not disappointed. For a few years I have really struggled with my weight and I mean not with putting it on I mean losing it. People don’t realise this can be a real struggle when you are having treatment. My only choices have been milk based products and honestly I have not been able to stomach them. Icesupp have been a godsend. This is my first pack and they were absolutely delicious. The flavour is unreal. The soothing cold on my mouth has been incredible and it's lovely to be able to look forward to eating something. I can’t wait to try the Mango. Thanks Icesupp. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone who needs a bit of relief when having treatment and knows they are eating something with calories that is actually good for you.

Bought these as my wife was run down, she loves them and have now been buying them because she likes them.The customer service is excellent.

I bought these thinking I could take them on the go with me but they are very tart on their own, so I let one defrost for a few minutes then add them to my smoothies for extra calories as I'm currently recovering from post major double jaw surgery and need to supplement extra calories where I can. They taste very nice in my smoothies, I bought this Berry flavour and the mango one.

It seems that it is mainly date syrup. Very sweet.I wouldn't buy it again.

My father has a condition which means he needs to eat nutritiously a little and very often everyday. We struggle to find small meals and snacks that are both NUTRITIOUS and TASTY… they are either one or the other, not both. Then we came across icesupp… And quite honestly we have been blown away… It is everything we have been looking for… a deliciously yummy snack (we ordered both the mango + passionfruit as well as the mixed berries) packed with the nutrients my father needs, and as a bonus… reasonably priced! The well thought out packaging means it can easily be eaten as an ice lolly or as a smoothie which I imagine would be warmly welcomed by poorly people struggling to eat. We have them in our freezer as snacks for all the family including my 5 year old niece! A friend who has had weight loss surgery said it’s perfect for him as he can only eat small portions! They come in boxes of 12, delivered straight to your door the next day. Absolutely brilliant! We cannot thank you enough icesupp! 🙏🙂🙏
