Great little knife!
Nice little knife. It's reasonably sharp out of the packing. Once the edge dulls, it is easy to sharpen with a steel. It also holds the edge really well.I liked the knife so much I've bought several in the collection. Nice knives made with good steel at a very reasonable price.

Right size and colour to match kitchen.
Arrived when stated. Well packed. Good sharp knife and nice size for chopping veggies etc. Time will tell how long it stays sharp for, as I haven't had it that long!

Great quality but doesn't stay sharp for very long
Great little knife, I use it for everything because I'm a student. However, it doesn't stay very sharp for long. Still sharp enough to function and I'm sure just needs to be regularly sharpened.

Love these knives
Absolutely love these knives, I bought a few to replace the ones that we use daily which were getting a bit tired. I wash them by hand only as I’ve not had great experiences with putting carbon steel knives through the dishwasher, they tend to develop small chips along the blade. Super sharp and cut through things like butter.

Just because they look nice doesn't mean they're good
I bought some knives made by these guys many years ago and they were very high quality. They kept their edges extremely well and were very tough. Sadly it seems these knives are nothing like they were in the past.They go blunt quickly and require very regular sharpening. In addition, I noticed the tips of two of the knives are actually bent over and I was able to straighten them out with a few taps with a spoon. To me, this tells me the knifes are terrible quality. They're clearly not properly hardened.Don't waste your money on these, they look nice but they're low quality.
