Effective nighttime breathing aids
Breathe Right breathe aids are the very best!! Other nasal strips that attach/adhere to the outside of the nostril usually irritate or damage skin on the nose. Breathe Right breathe aids push the nostrils apart from the inside, and enable free breathing, without other adverse impacts. No need for a bulky and noisy machine! I suffered from night congestion for years before discovering Breathe Right breathing aides at my local CVS. Don't know why CVS quit carrying the Breathe Right aids; they are really missing out on an effective product. I now order mine every 2 months, and sleep very well.

Get's the job done!
When I lay down gravity does its job and partially closes my nasal passages. This results in me wanting to breath through my mouth when I sleep. I did not have an issue with actual snoring, but I did breath loudly through my mouth which would occasionally interrupt my wife's sleep. I have had no issues since I have been using the BreathRights.I began using cone shaped nose vents around five years ago which did a good job, but no matter which variation you get, the cone type designs tend to fall out during the night. These SleepRight breathe aids stay in well. I have never had them fall out after over a year of usage. The worst I have encountered is one side popping out. They also do a better job at widening my passages allowing easier breathing.Although they cost more, they last much longer than indicated on the box. I clean mine with soap and water after each use and also with alcohol weekly and they hold up well. Although, they do lose their elasticity over time, I get 5-6 months out of them and possibly longer in some cases. As for comfort, they are not bad at all. I push them in as far as they will go and occasionally, like every couple of months or so, I will get some mild irritation. Then I flip them around and use them the opposite way and that usually allows the irritation to go away. Or, I will use my older cone vents for a few days max, until the irritation is gone, but they are not as effective (and safe, see below). The BreatRights can be a bit tricky to get in place. I always run some water on mine prior to inserting and that helps a lot. But, they are still a bit tricky sometimes; even after using them for a year I occasionally run into some minor difficulties but always get them to situated properly. And, since they are manufactured and packaged in the USA, you can have some confidence as to the quality of materials used to make them. That is the main reason I stopped using the other nose vents. Most were manufactured in a country known for mis-labeling, making false claims, and in some cases, using dangerous chemicals or processes in the goods that they sell. For something that you are placing in your sinuses daily, you need to be confident that you are not absorbing dangerous chemicals or who knows what.Overall, these are the best nasal dialaters I have used and I recommend them.

Works well and long lasting
These stick well amd have helped to open up my nostrils for a deviated septum. It is easy to place on your nose, just make sure your face is clean without any product on it.

Disappointed
This is a good concept but the product is too big for my nose. I am disappointed and would like a refund but they do not do refunds.

Works great. Comfortable enough. But I'll stick with the nasal strips
First time I inserted it, it hurt in one area. But then i pulled it out and bent that part away from where it was poking me and it was confortable. I was able to sleep with it all night, no problem. So I guess this would be a good alternative to people for whom the nasal strips don't work for some reason. But for me, the nasal strips work just fine and stay on all night. I was just hoping those product would create even more air flow than those. But for me I didn't get enough of an increase in air flow to make it worth the annoyance of inserting something into my nose every night. So I'm going back to the strips. I did feel the product was effective, though. And not as uncomfortable as many readers said. It's pretty easy to adjust it so it doesn't hurt. I have a medium size mouse for a man and it fit just fine. But for me I'll stay with the strips because the airflow improvement wasn't enough for me.

Serves it's purpose
Very useful — it’s just the right size and doesn’t slip.
