Seems to help
I've only been using this for a couple weeks, so I don't know how well it works longterm. So far it seems to work better than some other products I've tried. It absorbs well, seems to control some symptoms, reduces need for steroid cream.

Works as indicated.
The title speaks for itself. That has helped clear up the dry skin after just a week of use. There is still redness, but some of the redness is definitely going away.

Prevention - Not Treatment (For me)
This product didn't really have a good affect on clearing things up, but does seem to work well in preventing worsting buildup. Keeps the skin well moisturized and not particularly greasy.I have moderate-severe flair ups and found the Cortisone products work the best for me.

Beware and think twice before ordering ...
I purchased this cream twice, and it was very effective. So I was glad to order it a third time. However, this time the results were a shock. When I applied the cream, it left hardened particles that look like small, white splinters! Obviously, there is something very wrong with the formula. Thinking that experience was a fluke, I ordered it a fourth time -- big mistake. The cream left the same hardened, splinter-like particles on my skin. To make matters worse, this cream CANNOT be returned; so I've lost money (lesson learned)! I don't know if the cream is FDA approved, but I certainly intend to report my experience to the National Psoriasis Foundation. Beware and think twice before ordering it!
