Takes some trial and error but it's effective
You really do need to soak the warts before applying the bandaid, and I don't like using the secondary tape cover thing because it pulls my hair when I remove it, but I imagine they would help keep the bandage on better since they always come off when I'm asleep. I've been using them a couple times a week for about 2 weeks now and the biggest wart I had is almost completely gone. It basically dries out the exposed top layer every time you apply it, and that layer comes off like dead skin. Totally painless, and so far no scarring at all. Easy to place, easy to remove, great product.

THE MOST EFFECTIVE PLANTAR REMOVAL PRODUCT OUT THERE!!!
Okay, I don't really write reviews on Amazon but this product definitely deserves one.I have tried several plantar wart removal products from Dr. Luke, Dr Scholls, Compound W etc. to get rid of the persistent plantar warts that I have had for 2-3 years. Those products only made a dent and were not effective in completely removing the plantar wart. The acid these bandages have is very strong, they have 40% acidity, this is very important when dealing with plantar warts as the skin under your foot is very thick and can only be penetrated with high acidity. The adhesive part of the bandages is also good but I did not risk so I put duct tape on it to prevent it from slipping when walking, as you want the acid to be intact with the wart and away from the healthy part.Disclaimer: I am not a medical practitioner but I want to provide what I did to remove my warts using this product.MY PROCEDURE:1) After taking a warm shower, first, trim the dead skin in the wart area without going too deep and making it bleed (since you do not want it to spread more) This is important as you do not want to waste the acid on the dead skin and directly affect the wart itself.2) After carefully trimming, put on the bandages based on the warts' sizes.3) OPTIONAL: Put duct tape on the acid bandages as an extra precaution to prevent the bandages from slipping.4) Leave it for 1-2 (I left 2) days, it is gonna hurt a little but it is part of the process unfortunately.5) After leaving it for 1-2 days, you need to assess your situation:- If your foot hurts too much that you can barely step on it, give it some time for recovery (at least 2 days and at most a week) and go back to step 1.- If nothing hurts, you have a long way to go my friend, directly go back to step 1 again.During the process, you will see that the product kills the wart layer by layer and eventually the wart will come off. You have to be consistent and resilient in the process. I wish all of you a smooth recovery!

Works Good
I've had a planters wart on each of my feet for several years. During that time, I've used several self treatment methods and items. Some didn't work at all, some gave relief but didn't solve the problem and some had a big name with a big price. I decided to try this Samsali product and found that it works better than any of the others. Only after three applications the wart and surrounding area have almost gone and the pain is no longer there. I gave it 4 Stars for the good results. I had to dock it 1 Star because it is so difficult to get the pads out of the packaging. To use it, I had to result to cutting the bandaid type strips out with a pair of scissors. They stick to my feet well and are well worth the cost.

Works at least as well as anything else, probably better
These have been fantastic. I'm seeing real results when I wear them for 24h at a time, and gently debriding after showering in between. The best part is how many come in each pack, considering most plantar warts take many months to resolve without carving them out and bleeding all over the place, and other brands are 3x more expensive. The compound is a kind of chalky paste in a foam ring, and mine didn't crumble, nor did it squish out of place. The foam ring keeps it confined to the affected area and protects the rest of your skin. I definitely should have used the larger ones first, and then the smaller ones as my wart decreased in size, but I'll likely get through all of them anyway.I have been cutting 3-4" strips of Kinesieology Tape and putting that on top of the bandage to ensure adhesion, because while these are quite good, I work on my feet all day and between sweat and friction I manage to move them around without a second layer of security. Good luck!

They work well!
These work great on plantars warts. They stay in place and are very effective for the warts removal.

Use with gauze
These work as advertised. Some brands do not apply enough of the salicylic acid to the pads and so nothing ever happens. These come with enough applied and work well over time. My only complaint is the adhesive bandage, but that is easily remedied with the use of gauze around the bandage.

Not effective
Bandaid does not stick to skin, and salicylic acid product does not absorb into skin, it stays solid and crumbles up and fall out of the bandaid.

Packaging really needs improvement!
