Cheaper than buying the car manufacturer version, this is a great fridge, particularly due to it's current protection. It's worth using a pad to avoid it marking the seat and you have to be careful that the fan on the bottom is unobstructed or it gets HOT. That aside, great for the wine on a trip to the beach!

I have this in the middle seat in the back of my car which I drive all day every day and have to say it is brilliant!

Works well, keeps drinks cool and dairy products madam bought during the day, fresh.Not too easy to open when it's on the back seat and you're strapped in the front, but does its cooling job pretty well.When the comparable Volvo machine retails at around £700 this has to be a good deal.Recommended if you have kids or buy fresh produce on your travels.Gets a 4 only because newer units claim to be colder.

My wife and I tour quite a bit with our caravan and then go for days out, this unit sits happily and securely on the back seat and keeps our food and drink fresh and cool and does them same for provisions we purchase on route. I bought a transformer with a cigar lighter socket to plug into the mains when back on site so it stays cool and ready to use at all times and I like the auto shut down when the car battery gets below a certain voltage ensuring it never flattens the it. We think it is stylish, practical, surprisingly capacious and a super addition to our touring equipment.
