This is invaluable if you need to cover a cast or splint like I do. I can shower without worrying about getting my dressing wet. Thick durable plastic with a tight seal at the top. Can leave a bit of a mark on the arm from the band but as it’s not letting the water in that’s nothing to moan about. Very pleased that purchased as life has been made easier showering .

The reason I have given this only one star is that it is totally useless to me. As it would be for anyone with one fractured and bandaged/plastered post op arm who lives alone. In such circumstances it is totally impossible to fit the cover using only one hand/arm. If you have help readily available whenever you want a shower then I'm sure it's fine, but single people should source an alternative. If one exists.

Good solution to a problem but central hole more suited for a Pygmy. Has to be stretched considerably for normal adult to put arm encased in plaster inside

Very hard to put on due to tight seal, needed help with it. Worked when on just damp with condensation after. Kept water out.
