EASY ENOUGH
EASY TO HANG AND HOLDS OUR OUTDOOR TV. WE'VE HAD TO MOVE IT A COUPLE OF TIMES TO GET THE RIGHT SPOT FOR VIEWING, BUT WE LOVE IT. IT ROTATES AS FAR AS THE TV CABLE ALLOWS IT TO MOVE.
