Great Bike, But Missing a Key Part (front carrier block)
I recently purchased the Brompton P Line Mid. The bike itself is awesome. It's lightweight, compact, and rides beautifully. However, I was disappointed to find that the front carrier block was missing, which is an essential part for carrying bags and accessories.I contacted Amazon support, but unfortunately, they couldn't just send the missing part. The only options were to return the entire bike or contact the manufacturer myself. That felt like a lot of hassle for a small part that should have been included from the beginning.In the end, I returned the bike and ordered the same model again, hoping the new on will come with all the correct components this time. Great product, but the fulfillment process needs improvement, especially for something this expensive.

P-Line arrived with front carrier block missing.
The bike came with front carrier block missing. I’m informed that the only way to rectify the situation is to return the bike and order a new one!!!This is a sheer waste of logistics! How about just ship me a new carrier block and I can attach it on my own.

A well crafted commuter bike
Beautiful bike, very well crafted.Very thankful I got this instead of the C Line. Even with the 20% weight reduction, it is not a trivial lift up and down the subway stairs. I don’t regret my choice for the lighter version, and while T line would be even better, that was a bridge too far.
