It would've been 5 stars but the black gelatinous clumps that settled in the bottom was a bit surprising. I shaked and stirred product but still was there. I have ordered this twice and don't remember it happening on the first order. When it's heated up it dissolves no problem.

I have purchase Java House many of times with no problems. This last order was not the norm. The Java House Salted Caramel had a thick nasty SLUDGE and when vigorously shaken still couldn’t dissolve. The taste was absolutely horrible. Expiration is June 2026

It's okay. Honestly liking this is subject to if you like your coffee light and sweet. If you do than this is for you.

I like it so much and it is so good in my coffee

I mix this in my protein drink every morning for a caffeine kick & a great flavor! It's the perfect amount to mix with a 16-20 ounce bottle, I use muscle milk but whatever you want. I feel like it's the perfect amount of caffeine to get me going. It's packaged conveniently so you can throw it in your purse or lunch sack and take it with you. I have only had 1 box of them show up leaking and in bad shape but that whole Amazon box was in horrible shape. They typically hold up pretty solid. And it's way less expensive than also getting a coffee separately!

I was skeptical to try this let me tell you its delicious and affordable!! I did a cold brew on my Keurig added together its definitely a treat.
