Delivery as promised,a quality product delivering what I expected,price competitive.This item does what it says on the box. I would recommend this product, easy to use and clean. Definitely a five star product.

Do not over-fill this jug and it's okay.Max line doesn't mean fill it to the max regardless. IF you do and whisky it, it foams out all over it's base and worktop.RTFM people.With a lower level of milk, it whips a stiff milk foam up that floats firmly on top of the milk, mostly for decoration.It did this even with Red-top skimmed milk.For regular use, ie hot and mixed milk, more fluid can be used and it also creates a small crema on the top, but better still, will mix with coffee.Our tip, do this first, then whip a bit of foam for adding to the effect when impressing people, use a decent coffee - like Nespresso, sprinkle with cocoa powder and it beats that shop bought stuff any day. Plus dramatically cheaper with no annoying queues.Don't expect it to last more than 1 year, but at this price it will beat the Nespresso and Krups units thatw ere over 100 nicker and both failed in 14 months.

This appears to be a well made product, but it does not do what I wanted. It will either warm milk with very little froth, or turn ALL the milk to froth. My previous 'Frother' had a bigger capacity and heated the milk, turning half of it to froth and you then just poured it into a cup with the black coffee. Using this new product I now make some coffee in 1 jug, warm some milk in the microwave in another jug and make some froth in the new machine. Then put the froth in a cup, pour in the milk, and then add the coffee.

This looked exactly like one we already have, but this one was much cheaper. When it arrived, I noticed it is about 15mm shorter than the other one, but has exactly the same capacity and exactly the same performance. Definitely recommended.

Did not froth and barely heated the milk. Broke after a short time. Product looks great and robust but very poor quality. Avoid.

Only comment is a bit fiddly to clean. However love the convenience and works great.

This is an excellent product at a good price. It froths both hot and cold milk as well as heating milk
