Great little MP3 player that can also play Videos - MP4 files and many other formats.
The Innioasis 80GB MP3 player is a great choice if you are a parent and buying this for one of your children. This is because it has parental controls built in, allowing your children access to only the apps that have been installed on there. You can delete apps but you can't install any additional apps. As an adult I could possibly look at that as a negative, but it's excellent for parents to ensure the safety of their kids. With that said you could say that this is really aimed at parents to get it as a gift for their kids.It comes installed with the most popular music apps such as Spotify, Audible, Deezer, etc. It has onboard storage of 80GB, but can be expanded to 1TB. This excellent device also plays video files too, which is a huge plus for the money you pay for it. It supports many different music and video formats and all the most popular ones are definitely all supported. I would say that if you are only listening to music with this then 80GB will be more than enough as MP3 files are tiny in comparison to Video files. Only expand to higher than 80GB if you are going to be storing a lot of videos as well. However, with all the music apps they have on here this really is more geared towards music than video.Seeing that it is so heavily geared towards music, what I find lets it down a bit is the built in speaker on this as it doesn't sound great. However, I can't see many people using it like that and they will most likely have Bluetooth headsets or earphones paired up to it, and that is what I would also recomend to get the best out of it.With everything taken into consideration, including the price, if you want to give your kids access to a music device that can play music files offline and from the Internet (as it has a WiFi connection built in), without exposing them to all the other dangers of the internet, then this is the ideal choice for them. If it wasn't for the poor built-in speaker, I would have given this 5 stars, but as it stands it's definitely a very strong 4.

Good basic player
Having used this for a few days, I can say it's a decent little device. Sound quality is acceptable, and the pre-loaded apps are handy. Navigating the touch screen is straightforward, and I had no issues connecting to my home Wi-Fi. Battery life seems decent so far. It's a good option if you want to keep your phone free for other things or need a simple music player for the kids.

Issues with earbud connection
A small, neat item that looks good with its green edging. I do not stream much music, but there are plenty of apps to do this easily, kids will love it. There is access to social media apps, eBook readers and calendar plus lots more. I loaded over 750 MP3 files from my desktop PC, (unable to access or transfer my iTunes library due to Apple seemingly having things locked down) and at first I couldn’t get them playing other than one at a time, and having to press play for each new tune. I am now using the ‘Music’ app and after the battery went completely flat, it is now offering me an option to play all using shuffle. It has redeemed itself, as I didn’t like it much up to this point.I have used the included in-ear wired headphones which are OK once I had faffed about changing the tips for the small ones; they have a rubberised lead so it doesn’t tangle up. I have also connected other wired headphones & a Bluetooth speaker all of which work well. I cannot get my Bluetooth earbuds to work though, I don’t know what I am doing wrong, another set (Anker) work fine, and my set (cheapo ones) says connected but no sound comes from the buds. So frustrating. I want to use it while gardening but can’t until I get my usual earbuds to work (they work fine with my iPhone) and also will be used for camping trips and holidays with the Bluetooth speaker.£80 when ordered, but currently £57 so a more realistic price. You can delete apps, but as far as I can tell you cannot add any apps, which is a little restrictive but I understand why as this device is aimed at kids so a good safety feature I guess. I did read in the manual that the existing apps will be automatically updated approx. every three months. I wish it had come with a soft protective pouch of some sort so it doesn’t get battered about. The instruction manual is huge, and seems hard to follow, it just doesn’t read easily so I got fed up after a few pages and can’t comment on how good it is.

Innioasis MP3 Player
This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.In terms of build quality, it appears to have been well-made - the construction is robust, and has a sleek finish, which is all in a lovely and compact design. It comes with a screen protector attached, however, this is very basic, and scratches easily (I actually didn't realise that a protector was attached, and mistakenly thought I had damaged the screen, especially because the protector was very difficult to remove!). I would recommend swapping it for something like tempered glass, if you really need/want to use one.The device itself is very simple to setup and navigate - the Android-based interface is intuitive and user-friendly, with all of the apps already pre-installed for you. As is, it would make an ideal device for a child, it's just a shame that an un-restricted version of the software is not available, should an adult prefer to use it - you can't download any additional apps from the store.I decided to use Spotify for music, and tested the sound quality via both wired and wireless headphones - this was great with either option. I also noted that the upper volume limit was not too loud - again, great for protecting a child's hearing, for example. If you do decide to use wired headphones, you can use either the 3.5mm jack, or the USB-C port (I tested this with a pair of USB-C ones). The connectivity and range for wireless buds is excellent, too. Unfortunately, the onboard speaker is lacklustre - it is just too loud and distorted to be useful. So far, I have found the battery life to be good, whilst recharging only takes 2-3 hours at most - you could even use a power bank to make it extra portable. In summary, a good value item.

PERFECT!
Having bought other cheap MP3 players over the past several years, I was really surprised by the quality of this unit. It feels well made and substantial - not a cheap little plastic thing. It's like a small smart phone (4.25 x 2.25) with a very responsive glass panel. The sound quality is excellent and it comes with a surprisingly nice set of comfortable ear phones.I used to use the SanDisk Sansas from 10 or 20 years ago. But now I have Spotify which is so much easier to use and make custom playlists. No need to use an external music player like Windows Media Player to make playlists. This device connected quickly and easily to my home Wi-fi.If I have any quality or longevity issues, I will update. If you don't see any updates, then I'm still very pleased with this device and happily give it 5 stars. 👍👍

Works well.
People have complained about this product but I have had no problem setting it up and using it. Sound is excellent and downloading on to it is easy. Bought it as a gift for my mom but think I might keep it for myself and get her another one.

Decent portable multimedia player, BT42/Wi-Fi support, fairly well-built, not exactly cost efficient
This is a decent portable multiple player with wireless connectivity (BT 4.2 and Wi-Fi) and capable of a variety of other tasks via the pre-installed Apps (installation of additional Apps is NOT supported). The performance is decent and the screen is easy to read and the touch screen is just fine without issues either. However, it's really not the most cost efficient device at this point in time.≡ Physical buildThe physical build quality is pretty good. In fact, it's much better than expected with some sort of metal frame and the entire device is somewhat hefty that's indicative of a quality product (well, or at least not a cheap plastic one). It's by no means amazing but it certainly is better than most other music player that I've come across in the last several years.≡ ScreenThe screen itself is decent; it's not IPS (at least it doesn't appear to be despite the fact it claims to be) or Gorilla glass but it does the job just fine as a 4" screen. The touch function also works reasonably well without issues. There are 2 soft buttons, home and back along with 2 physical buttons for volume and power. Unfortunately, the screen isn't as bright as I want it to be and even at the max brightness it seems a bit dim in comparison.≡ AppsIt comes with about 2 dozen apps; most of 'em are popular ones and well known while a couple others are, well, made in China I supposed. The primary media player is HiBy and it's a bit fishy to my eyes after a quick look on Google store (3.8 rating). Here is the thing; you can NOT install any App on this and you are forced to use whatever they have provided and pre-installed. You can however disable/remove ones you don't want. The inability to install Apps is major drawback in my eyes because I'll be forced to use whatever they provide and I'm not a big fan of that.≡ Note: it comes with Android 8.1.0 with a security patch level of December 1, 2021 (not too bad actually)≡ PerformanceMultimedia playback in generally is just fine without issues. I have no idea what CPU/GPU it uses but there isn't much else either because again, you are limited to the Apps pre-installed. It does support both BT 4.2 and Wi-Fi so that's fairly decent. A variety of streaming audio/video Apps are preinstalled as well and they should be for the most part adequate for most people out there. It comes with 2G RAM and 16G storage with 33% storage used (67%, 10.79G left) upon arrival so you aren't left with a lot to work with; however, it does come with a 64 GB Micro SD card and it can be extend the system storage to up to 80 GB, which is what this product is being advertised as. It support a max of 1TB Micro SD card although that's not tested. I should also mention that it does NOT have the ability to rotate the screen (auto or otherwise) which is really is huge oversight at this point in time.✘ Strangely, it draws power (during charging) in an erratic manner so I'm not sure what's up with that. I hope it's not gonna explode.≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a reasonably decent multimedia player with decent hardware and software. Though, the inability to install Apps and the relatively dim screen are certainly a disappointment for me. With that being said, the physical build quality is pretty decent and the overall usability is reasonably good while and functionality of the player as a whole isn't bad at all either. The elephant in the room is of course the price and its cost efficiency; you can get a cheap cell phone for $100-$150 that offers exactly what this offers and MORE. You certainly do NOT need to use the cell phone as an 'ordinary' phone but only as multimedia player like this (i.e.NO SIM card or cellular plans). So which one would you choose? Well, that's for you to decide. It's somewhat reasonably priced at $90 for what it provides and its overall build quality, features, usability, and versatility, and performance. Your mileage might vary.

Nice little music player
I bought this to store some of the CDs that I have around the house. I wanted something I could burn all the songs to and listen to it whenever I wanted. That way I could get rid of the CDs.The unit is small, but looks nice. The operating system works well. It has a lot of features that I probably won't use, but it's nice they are there. For the price, it's a great device for music storage.
